Description:

If people lack the right mindset to change and the current organisational practices are flawed, digital transformation will simply magnify those flaws. Digitalisation can be thought of as the use of digital technologies, platforms, systems and methods to change business models, create new products and services and introduce new ways of generating value. Design thinking, business model canvas, customer experience mapping and agile implementation will be built upon in order to explore the application of innovation approaches for digital transformation.
