We’ve created a future-focused degree in response to current changing disciplinary, professional, digital, economic, environmental, and social circumstances.

Structure
This course is structured in four parts: Part A. Foundation studies, Part B. Specialisation, Part C. Global Challenges and Part D. Open Units.
You must complete the Foundational Units and choose a minimum of three units from the following three specialisations:
- Digital Enterprise
- Sustainable Enterprise
- Enterprising Leadership.
You will then have 30 credit points of units to choose from open units. This can be covered in extra specialisation units, any units offered across the Monash Online programs as long as you have the prerequisite and there are no restrictions on enrolling in the unit or with select industry project units.
Credit for prior learning is also available.

Part A. Foundation Studies (18 credit points)
These units are designed to provide you with a foundational knowledge of each subject area. You must complete all three units.
Part B. Specialisations (18 credit points)
The Master of Enterprise features three specialisations in Digital Enterprise, Sustainable Enterprise and Enterprising Leadership.
You must choose a minimum of three units from the below specialisations.
You must complete either a) three units from one of the following specialisations, or b) a combination of three units (18 credit points) from any of the following specialisations.
If you choose all three units within a specialisation, you will be awarded with that specialisation upon graduating.
Digital Enterprise
The focus of these units is to develop deep understanding and advanced practice in Digital Enterprise.
To be awarded a Master of Enterprise (Digital Enterprise), you must complete all three units:
Sustainable Enterprise
The focus of these units is to develop deep understanding and advanced practice in Sustainable Enterprise.

Enterprising Leadership
The focus of these units is to develop deep understanding and advanced practice in Enterprising Leadership.

Part C. Global Challenge (6 credit points)
The focus of this unit is to provide broader exposure and understanding of global and enterprise challenges.
You must complete the below unit.
Part D. Open units (30 credit points)
You must complete five units from the following options:
- units not already completed in Part B. Specialisation of the Master of Enterprise and/or
- units not already completed in Part C. Global Challenge of the Master of Enterprise and/or
- units offered across the Monash Online programs as long as you have the prerequisite and there are no restrictions on enrolling in the unit and/or
- one or both of the units below:

An Australian bachelor degree or equivalent qualification with at least a credit (60%) average, or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA), plus two years relevant work experience.
